Juices are very healthy and we’d all gobble down refreshing juices in a snack break or on the go. You can pack it wherever you want. There are all types of juices, vegetables, fruit, and mixed veggie fruit juice. You may not like few, but all types of juices can definitely refresh your body and mind.

There are specific body refreshing juices, you can have when you feel really tired and when fatigue takes you over. Let’s look at it one by one.

Green vegetable juice

This is a green vegetable juice that can provide you with all the energy, minerals, and vitamins you need for one whole day. This is a smoothie and is ideal for breakfast too.

Ingredients required

  • Green bell pepper -1
  • Carrot – 1 big or 2 small
  • Celery – 3 stalk
  • Cucumber – ½
  • Parsley – 1 handful
  • Spinach – 1 handful
  • Tomato – 2

Add all the ingredients together and blend it in a mixer or a blender. Add salt and pepper for taste.

It can be microwaved for half a minute to consume it warm or it can be refrigerated in refrigerator for 15 minutes to consume it chill.

Do not store it for later use, if stored, make sure you finish it within 3 hours.

Mixed vegetable and fruit juice

This is a mix of fruit and vegetable that can give you an energy boost.

Ingredients required

  • Green apple – 1
  • Lemon – juice from one lemon
  • Ginger – 1 small piece grated
  • Celery – 1 stalk
  • Kale – 1handful
  • Parsley – 1 handful
  • Spinach – 1 handful

You can mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for an hour. Once it is chill, you can blend it in a blender or a mixer and add little water to it. You can squeeze the lemon after the juice is ready or you can include it while blending.

Red purple juice

This is a mix of fruit and vegetable too. But the color of the juice makes you go “yummy yummy”. Let’s see how to make this red-purple refreshing juices.

Ingredients required

  • Pear – 1
  • Beetroot – 1
  • Green apple – 1
  • Grapefruit – 1 (without skin)
  • Pineapple – 1.5 cups sliced
  • Carrot – 2
  • Ginger – 1 small piece grated

Mix all ingredients together and blend them in a blender or a mixer. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice if required.

Celery juice

This juice is for those who need to get rid of stress and have a good night’s sleep.

Ingredients required

  • Celery – 5 to 6 large stalks
  • Honey – 2 teaspoon

Blend both the ingredients in a blender or mixer and let it cool for 15 minutes. Have it when it is cold.

This juice can relax your body and soothe you to sleep well.

Vegetable juice

This is a vegetable juice that can reduce your body heat and also gives you all the nutrition required.

Ingredients required

  • Onion – 1 sliced
  • Cherry Tomato – 5 -6 chopped
  • Cucumber – 1 medium
  • Cauliflower – 1 small (cleaned and chopped)
  • Dried basil – 1 small spoon

Add all the ingredients together except basil, in a mixer jar and blend them thoroughly. You can add water to dilute the juice a little. Garnish the juice with a dried basil leaf for taste.

Mixed fruit juice

This is a mixed fruit juice that can give an energy boost instantly.

Ingredients required

  • Banana – 2 large
  • Apple – 1 (without skin)
  • Honey – 2 spoon

You can refrigerate the fruits for half an hour before blending them. Slice both the fruits and blend them in a blender. Add honey for taste.

This juice can keep you hunger-free for a long time and can provide loads of energy. Make sure to have this juice in the morning, like a mid-snack between breakfast and lunch.

Spicy juice

This is a spicy juice! Oh, yes, you will love it. This will work wonders for people who are looking to reduce weight.

Ingredients required

  • Tomato – 2 ripe
  • Green bell pepper – 1
  • Celery – 1 stalk
  • Cilantro or coriander leaves – 1 handful
  • Garlic – 1 clove
  • Onion – 1 large (sliced)
  • Cayenne pepper – 1 pinch

Blend all the ingredients together in a blender and add salt for taste. This will more like soup. If required, you can microwave to consume it warm.
