  • 2 or 3 Adhatoda leaves ((Malabar Nut))
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  1. To prepare the extract, you need Adhatoda leaves and honey.
  2. First, clean and chop leaves.

  3. Add chopped leaves to a blender.
  4. Add little water and blend it.
  5. Strain and extract the juice.
  6. Add honey to the extract.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Ready to consume.
