  • 5-6 Almonds
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seed powder

  • 200 ml Boiled milk
  1. To make the drink use almonds, egg yolk, sesame seed powder, honey and boiled milk.
  2. Add 4 to 5 almonds to mortar.
  3. Crush the almonds and make powder.
  4. Take 200 ml boiled milk in a glass.
  5. Add one egg yolk into milk.
  6. Add one teaspoon of crushed almonds to milk.
  7. Add one teaspoon of sesame seed powder.
  8. Add one teaspoon of honey.
  9. Mix all the ingredients well.
  10. Drink is done.

Drink daily once in the morning to treat delayed puberty.
