  • After you wake up each morning, on an empty stomach (and even before brushing or washing your mouth) drink 4*160ml glasses of water.
  • After drinking water, brush your teeth and don’t eat anything for next 45 minutes.
  • After 45 minutes you can eat food or drink anything as you like.
  • After any meal – breakfast, lunch or dinner – do not eat anything for next 2 hours.

This is a very simple method, and it doesn’t need any professional guidance. Although if you’re particular, it wouldn’t hurt to consult with your doctor especially if you;re undergoing any treatment.
