reduce wrinkles

Wrinkles are a part of the natural aging process and commonly appears as we get older. Our skin has two layers – namely epidermis and dermis. Epidermis is the outer layer and dermis is inner layer of the skin. As we get older, our body produce less collagen. Collagen is the substance that holds the whole body and makes our skin smooth and elastic. Less collagen results in thinner skin, saggy skin with wrinkles, drier and less elastic.
