Body coolant drink – DIY

  • 5-6 Almonds
  • 200 Boiled milk
  • 1 teaspoon Palm sugar
  • Water ((as required))
  1. To make the drink use almonds, boiled milk, palm sugar and water.
  2. Take 5 to 6 almonds and add to a cup of water.
  3. Soak almonds in water overnight.
  4. Take out the soaked almonds and place them in a blender.
  5. Add one teaspoon of palm sugar.
  6. Add 200 ml boiled milk.
  7. Blend the ingredients well together to make it smooth and palatable.
  8. Almonds drink is now ready.

Drink the milk daily morning.
