Bottle gourd juice for weight loss – DIY recipe

  • 1/2 Bottle gourd ((medium sized))
  • 10 Mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  1. To prepare this drink, you need bottle gourd, mint leaves, salt, cumin powder and black pepper powder.
  2. First, clean the bottle gourd. Remove the skin and seeds from it. Chop the flesh into small pieces.
  3. Add chopped bottle gourd to blender.
  4. Add clean mint leaves to blender.
  5. Add cumin powder.
  6. Add required amount of salt for taste. (optional)
  7. Add black pepper powder.
  8. Add little water and blend.
  9. Dilute the mix with water and consume it.

Directions for use:

  1. Drink this once a day in the morning before or after food, leaving half an hour gap before or after food.
  2. Do not make large quantities and store in refrigerator. This drink should be consumed when it is fresh.
