  • 500 ml Buttermilk
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  1. Use 500 ml buttermilk, 1/2 lemon and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  2. Squeeze lemon juice to buttermilk.
  3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  4. Mix the ingredients well.
  5. Done.
