  • 1 medium size Carrot
  • 1 medium size White Radish
  • 50 ml Water
  1. To maintain a blemish free skin, you need a carrot and radish.
  2. First, clean the vegetables and chop it.
  3. Add chopped veggies to a blender.
  4. Add little water and blend it.
  5. Once blended, strain it.
  6. Drink the strained extract.
