Carrot spinach juice to improve vision – DIY

  • 2 small Carrots
  • 5 or 6 Spinach leaves
  1. To improve vision, you need spinach and carrot.
  2. First, clean the spinach leaves and chop it.
  3. Add chopped leaves to blender.
  4. Clean carrot and hop it along with the skin.
  5. Add chopped carrot to blender.
  6. Add water and blend it. If required, you can add salt and pepper for taste.
  7. Drink is ready.

Directions for use:

This drink can be consumed once, anytime of the day to improve eye sight.
