Carrot turmeric juice treat cancer

Our team at Bowl of Herbs did quite a bit of thinking before publishing a remedy that could treat cancer. When publishing a remedy for a terminal illness such as cancer, one has to be extra careful. We did sufficient research from our end and while any remedy could work for one person and not work for the other, this remedy is definitely useful. In some cases, carrot and turmeric juice has helped to cure cancer while for some it has helped to alleviate the symptoms. Nevertheless, this remedy would definitely be useful for anyone suffering from cancer.

That being said, turmeric that has been used for centuries in India to heal and cure various diseases due to the presence of a compound called curcumin. Curcuma (commonly known as Turmeric) has properties that can prevent cancer and also has anti-tumour properties.

Research evidence:

Matural curcuminoids, curcumin, I, II and III isolated from turmeric (Curcuma longa) were compared for their cytotoxic, tumour reducing and antioxidant activities. Curcumin III was found to be more active than the other two as a cytotoxic agent and in the inhibition of Ehrlich ascites tumour in mice (ILS 74.1%).

Carrots on the other hand are rich in anti-oxidants. The carotenoids present can improve anti-oxidants in the body and help to fight against various diseases including cancer. Both carotene and Vitamin A helps to fight against cancer in an effective manner. Although there aren’t as many studies as for curcumin, many cancer survivors have been benefited by including carrots and cruciferous vegetables in their diet.

The below recipe is a simple fresh juice made using carrots and turmeric powder. If you can get fresh turmeric, please use that since it would be more beneficial.

Carrot – turmeric juice to treat cancer – Ayurveda remedy

  • 1 large Carrot
  • 2 teaspoons Turmeric powder
  • 200 ml Filtered water
  1. You will need one large carrot (or two medium sized ones), turmeric powder and filtered water for this juice.
  2. Wash and chop carrots into smaller pieces.
  3. Place the chopped carrots in a blender.
  4. Add turmeric powder. Always use organic turmeric powder.
  5. Pour water.
  6. Blend well into a juice.
  7. Strain the juice well to get the extract.
  8. Drink!

Dosage instructions:

Consume 250 ml of this juice thrice a day.
