Celery ginger juice for weight loss – Recipe

  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger
  • 2-3 stalks Celery
  1. Use fresh celery, ginger and lemon.
  2. Clean celery well and chop into small pieces.
  3. Peel the small piece of ginger and chop it.
  4. Cut a lemon in half and remove the seeds.
  5. Place ginger and chopped celery in a blender.
  6. Squeeze the lemon.
  7. Add water to make blending easier. Use filtered water.
  8. Blend well.
  9. Strain the juice.
  10. And done.

Directions for use:

You can drink 150-200 ml of this juice everyday.
