How to promote sexual stimulation with cinnamon – DIY

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 200 ml Milk
  • Honey ((as required))
  • 50 ml Water
  1. Use cinnamon, milk, water and honey to prepare cinnamon milk.

  2. Break cinnamon into small pieces.

  3. Add cinnamon pieces to blender.

  4. Blend and make fine powder.

  5. Add milk to pan.

  6. Add water.

  7. Add cinnamon powder to it.

  8. Boil for few minutes.

  9. Strain the milk.

  10. Add honey.

  11. Mix well.

  12. Cinnamon milk is ready.

Take cinnamon milk everyday in the night before going to sleep.

    There is no fake cinnamon.. there are just two types.. one is ceylon cinnamon and another is cassia cinnamon. Read this article to find the difference between the two.
