Take one handful bael (vilvam) leaves, saute in sesame oil and add 250 ml of water. Add two teaspoons of cumin seeds and one teaspoon of palm sugar. Boil well and drink morning and evening 100 ml.

How to cleanse excess pitta from the body – DIY

  • 1 handful Bael (vilvam) leaves
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Palm sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 250 ml Water
  1. To make the drink use bael (vilvam) leaves, cumin seeds, palm sugar, sesame oil and water.
  2. Take one cup bael leaves.
  3. Add one teaspoon of sesame oil to pan.
  4. Add the bael leaves to pan.
  5. Saute the leaves for a minute.
  6. Add 250 ml of water.
  7. Add two teaspoons of cumin seeds.
  8. Add one teaspoon of palm sugar.
  9. Boil for few minutes.
  10. Allow to cool and strain the drink.
  11. Done.

Consume this drink every day morning and evening 100 ml to cleanse excess pitta.
