How to cure loose motion using sapota

Chikoo or Sapota is a delicious fruit that contain many essential nutrients. It contains high amounts of fructose, that can boost the energy levels instantly when consumed. It is also diuretic in nature and increases the frequency of urination, thus helps to get rid of toxins quickly. The medicinal properties in chikoo skin controls loose motion in children effectively.

How to control loose motion in children using chikoo skin – DIY recipe

  • 50 ml Water
  • 1 Chikoo (sapota) fruit ((Sapodilla))
  1. To prepare the cure for loose motion, you need clean water and one chikoo (sapota).
  2. First, clean the fruit in water and separate the skin from the fruit.
  3. Take water in a pan.
  4. Add the peeled skin to it.
  5. Switch on the flame and boil it.
  6. Once it is cooled down to room temperature, strain it.
  7. The drink is ready.

Feed this to the kid once in 2 hours in little quantities to control loose motion. This also cures the fever caused during loose motion. This drink can be heated until it is warm before feeding the kid. (Prepare the drink and finish it on the same day. Do not store and use).
