tulsi to cure acidity

Basil (tulsi) leaves with milk is an effective home remedy. Basil contains anti-ulcer properties in it which helps the stomach to produce more mucous which reduces the effects of gastric acids.

Cold milk is rich in calcium which absorbs excess acids, thereby reduces the symptoms of acidity.

How to cure acidity with basil (tulsi) leaves – DIY

  • 10-15 basil leaves
  • 100 ml Water
  • 100 ml Cold milk
  1. Use fresh basil leaves, water and cold milk.
  2. Add water to pan.
  3. Add fresh basil leaves to water.
  4. Boil for a few minutes.
  5. Allow it to cool down and strain the water.
  6. Add the strained water to cold milk.
  7. Mix it well.
  8. Basil milk is done.

Drink 150 -200 ml of this milk when you suffer from acidity.
