Nocchi leaves to cure joint pain

Joint pain is usually caused because of injury in the tendons or ligaments in the joints. Joint pain can also be caused by arthritis, sudden weakness in the body, low calcium levels, general fatigue due to physical strain and by external injury. For older people, joint pain comes along with the age.

Few initial stages or symptoms are:

How to cure joint pain using Nocchi leaves (Chinese chastetree) – DIY

  • 10 Nocchi leaves ((Chinese chastetree))
  • 10 ml Water
  1. To treat joint pain, you need nocchi leaves and little water.
  2. Separate the leaves from stem and clean it.
  3. Add the cleaned leaves to a blender.
  4. Add little water and blend it.
  5. Ready to use.

Directions to use:

  1. Clean the affected area with warm water.
  2. Apply this paste on the joint.
  3. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse off with warm water.

Repeat this process twice a day until you find relief.
