  • 2 teaspoons Mustard oil
  • 1 large size Onion
  1. Use 2 teaspoons of mustard oil and one large onion.
  2. Chop onion into small pieces.
  3. Add chopped onion in a blender.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Strain the extract.
  6. Take 2 teaspoons of onion juice in a bowl.
  7. Add equal amount of mustard oil.
  8. Mix the ingredients well.
  9. Done.

Apply this oil on the joints and muscles, before going to bed.
