How to cure neck pain due to physical strain – DIY

  • 3 Adhatoda leaves ((Malabar Nut))
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  1. To cure neck pain that is caused due to physical strain, you need adhatoda leaves and coconut oil.
  2. Clean and chop the leaves.
  3. Add coconut oil to a pan and heat it.
  4. Add chopped leaves to it.
  5. Saute the leaves.
  6. Ready for use.

Instructions for use:

  1. Clean the affected area with warm water.
  2. Apply cooked leaf like poultice on the affected area.
  3. Leave it for 20 minutes.
  4. Rinse it off with warm water.

Follow this process until you find relief.
