Salt poultice to cure pain and blood clots

Pain in any part of the body as a result of an external wound can be due to sprain, wounds, blood clots and so on. Take 200 grams of rock salt, place the salt in white cloth and make a poultice. Take two tablespoons of sesame oil, heat the oil in a pan. Once it is hot dip the poultice in oil, keep the hot poultice on the sprain area and hold for two minutes. Repeat for two to three times a day to treat sprain. This remedy can be applied to cure blood clots. This cures sprain and soreness.

  • 200 grams Rock salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  1. Use rock salt and sesame oil.
  2. Place rock salt in a white cloth.
  3. Tie the cloth and make a poultice.
  4. Add two tablespoons of sesame oil to a pan.
  5. Heat the oil in medium flame for a minute.
  6. Dip the poultice in hot oil. Ensure the oil is not too hot or it would burn your skin.
  7. Place and hold the hot poultice on the sprain area.

Directions for use:

Repeat twice or thrice in a day to treat sprain and blood clots.
