  2. Add a small piece of fresh ginger to a mortar.
  3. Crush well by adding very little water.
  4. Squeeze the ginger extract.
  5. Add 10 to 15 curry leaves to the mortar.
  6. Crush the leaves and make a paste.
  7. Add the curry leaves paste to the glass of buttermilk.
  8. Add one teaspoon of ginger juice.
  9. Mix it well.
  10. Buttermilk drink is done.
