Cinnamon to cure headache

Cinnamon has the ability to ease headache by reducing inflammation in the muscles. Applying cinnamon paste externally on the forehead can give instant relief.

Follow the simple steps in the DIY to prepare it.

DIY – Cinnamon to cure Headache

  • Cinnamon ((ceylon))
  • 1 teaspoon Water
  1. To prepare this paste, you will need cinnamon and water. Make sure you use Ceylon cinnamon.
  2. Take a clean grinding stone. If you have washed with water, dry it before you start using it.
  3. Add few drops of water to the grinding stone.
  4. Gently grind the cinnamon on the stone until you see cinnamon paste.
  5. Collect the paste and apply it on the forehead.
  6. Leave it on the forehead for 15 minutes and rinse it off with plain water.

Add very few drops of water as and when required. Too much water while grinding can dilute the paste.
