DIY – Garlic and ghee to increase Lactation

  • 5 or 6 Cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee
  1. To prepare this, you will need skin peeled garlic cloves and ghee.
  2. Chop garlic cloves into small pieces.
  3. Now, add ghee to a pan and heat it till the ghee melts.
  4. Once it is hot, add chopped garlic pieces to it.
  5. Fry it in ghee till it turns golden brown in color.
  6. Switch off flame and let it cool. You can consume it as it is like a snack!

Ghee fried garlic can be consumed everyday, preferably in the morning before breakfast.
