Garlic and milk to increase lactation

“Garlic is a natural immunity booster” – is a known fact. But did you know garlic can also increase lactation in nursing mothers ?

Follow our simple DIY to prepare tasty garlic that can be eaten everyday.

DIY – Garlic and milk to increase lactation

  • 5 or 6 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml Milk
  1. Peel garlic cloves and keep them ready.
  2. Add milk to a thick bottom pan and switch on the flame.
  3. Once the milk is heated well, add garlic cloves to it.
  4. Let the garlic boil and cook in the milk.
  5. Keep stirring now and then. Let the garlic boil in milk until the milk thickens.
  6. Once it is thick enough as shown, switch off the flame and let it cool. Consume them as it is.

You can add more milk if you like to dilute and consume it. This can be consumed once everyday as long as you nurse your baby. This can be consumed at any time of the day.
