Papaya face mask

Papaya can nourish your skin and give a glow that no parlor facial can give. Regular application of papaya face mask can improve your skin tone and give a smooth flawless skin. This fruit has been used to treat and enhance skin beauty since ancient times. The essential nutrients in papaya helps the skin to stay hydrated and healthy. When used regularly, it works a skin lightening agent which helps to reduce dark spots and scars.

Papaya face mask helps to remove damaged skin cells and regenerate new cells, which makes the skin look young and healthy. The Vitamin A in papaya improves the skin health and boosts the glow. This face mask is prepared using fresh yogurt/curd and ripe papaya pulp.

Yogurt/curd helps to hydrate skin and reduce dryness. When dryness is reduced, it reduces pimples and acne on the facial skin. It also treats acne and pimple, hence the chances of recurrence is less.

DIY – Papaya face mask

  • 2 teaspoon Curd ((fresh thick curd))
  • 1 medium slice Papaya ((ripe))
  1. To prepare this mask, all you need is fresh thick curd/yogurt and one medium slice ripe papaya.
  2. Clean and remove skin/seeds from the papaya slice. Chop into small pieces.
  3. Add chopped papaya slices to a blender.
  4. Add curd to the blender.
  5. Now, blend them together in a blender.
  6. Apply the paste on the neck and face like a mask.
  7. Leave it on the skin for 30 minutes and rinse it off with plain water.

This facial mask can be used once or twice a week for good results.
