Remedy to reduce body heat

During summer, your body heat tends to increase and sometimes you might feel dehydrated. This Ash gourd juice works wonder in reducing body heat and keeps your body hydrated. This remedy cures prickly heat and heat boils too.

When this juice is consumed on a regular basis, it aids in weight loss by flushing out toxins from the body.

 

DIY – Remedy to reduce body heat

  • 1 small slice Ash gourd
  • Ginger ((small piece))
  • Lemon juice ((few drops))
  • Cilantro ((fresh))
  1. To prepare this juice, you need all fresh ingredients.
  2. Remove skin and seeds from the ash gourd.
  3. Clean the ash gourd and chop it into small pieces. Keep it aside.
  4. Take small piece of ginger. Clean and peel the skin.
  5. Chop the ginger into small pieces.
  6. Add chopped ginger and ash gourd to a blender.
  7. Clean and chop cilantro.
  8. Add the chopped leaf in the blender along with ash gourd and ginger.
  9. Blend it together.
  10. Extract the juice from the blended mix using a strainer.
  11. Squeeze few drops of lemon juice to it. Mix well.
  12. Your drink is ready to be consumed.

This drink can be consumed everyday and there are no side effects.
