5 Herb drink to reduce bad cholesterol – Tutorial

  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 stalks Curry leaves
  • 7-10 leaves Tulsi (Holy Basil)
  • 1 inch piece Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 100 ml Water
  1. Use fresh curry leaves, Tulsi leaves, ginger and garlic. You can also use fresh turmeric if possible. Else use homemade turmeric powder.
  2. Place washed curry leaves in a blender.
  3. Now place washed tulsi leaves in the blender.
  4. Add a teaspoon of turmeric powder. If you are using fresh turmeric, add a 2 inch piece of fresh turmeric.
  5. Wash, peel and chop ginger.
  6. Add the chopped ginger to blender.
  7. Add 2 peeled garlic pods.
  8. Pour water as required to blend all ingredients together like a smoothie.
  9. We will now be blending these ingredients on high for a couple of minutes.
  10. You get such a blended extract.
  11. Pour into a glass and drink.

Drink this regularly after food once a day for best results.
