Even though many people say it is okay to have a headache, only people who suffer from it know how hard it is to stay alert with a headache. It hurts a lot.

There can be many reasons that causes headache such as physiological changes, constriction of blood vessels, abnormal neuron activity, genetic causes, excessive smoking, excessive drinking, dehydration, oversleeping, overuse of pain killers, eye strain, neck strain, and many others.

As it affects people very frequently, it is better to opt for natural treatments rather than consuming tablets/medicine since it might reduce the immunity towards the disease.
