It is generally said that white pumpkin/ash gourd aids weight loss. But in this recipe, white pumpkin added with the set ingredients can help in gaining weight.  Here is the recipe.

How to gain weight by consuming white pumpkin

  • 250 grams White pumpkin ((Ash gourd))
  • 5 – 6 Dry grapes
  • 100 grams Jaggery
  • 50 grams Ghee
  • Water ((as required))
  1. Use white pumpkin, dry grapes, jaggery, ghee and water.
  2. Remove the outer skin and seeds of the pumpkin. Chop pumpkin into pieces.
  3. Add chopped pumpkin to blender.
  4. Add 5 to 6 dry grapes.
  5. Blend them well.
  6. Add little water to pan.
  7. Add jaggery.
  8. Boil till the jaggery becomes thicker.
  9. Add pumpkin paste to it.
  10. Mix them well.
  11. Add ghee to it.
  12. Enjoy!

Take one teaspoon in the morning and evening. You can even prepare more and store it a container for daily consumption. Regular intake of this mix gives you good results in few months.
