Green gram to reduce blood pressure – Home remedy
- 2 teaspoons Khus khus (Poppy seeds)
- 1 tablespoon Green gram
- Use green gram, poppy seeds and water to make this remedy.
- Take 250 ml water in a vessel. Switch the stove on.
- Add 1 tablespoon of green gram to boiling water.
- Allow to boil for a few minutes.
- Now add poppy seeds.
- Allow all ingredients to boil for 3-4 minutes.
- Switch off and allow to cool down for a bit.
- Strain using a tea strainer.
- The green gram drink is ready.
Drink 100 ml of the green gram concoction everyday.
