- 10 Spinach leaves ((palak))
- 1 handful Green peas
- 3 or 4 Cabbage leaves
- 1 handful Broccoli
- To have a green veggie smoothie, you need green peas, spinach, broccoli and cabbage.
- First clean cabbage leaves and chop it.
- Add copped leaves to blender.
- Now, clean and shop spinach leaves.
- Add chopped spinach to blender.
- Add green peas to blender.
- Add cleaned broccoli to blender.
- Add little water.
- Now, blend it.
- Add required amount of salt for taste.
- Add required amount black pepper powder for taste.
- Mix well.
