Hibiscus as a natural contraceptive

Natural contraception or natural family planning is a method in which you can have sex with a reduced risk of pregnancy. Hibiscus or Shoe flower can serve as a simple herbal remedy for birth control. How to use hibiscus as natural contraception – DIY

  • 2 Hibiscus flowers
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 200 ml Water
  1. To make this herbal drink, use hibiscus flowers, lemon and water.
  2. Place hibiscus petals in a blender.
  3. Squeeze 1/2 a lemon’s juice to it.
  4. Blend well into a paste.
  5. Add the paste to 200 ml water.
  6. Mix it well. You can also add honey for taste.
  7. The hibiscus herbal drink is done.

Start consuming this drink before 10 days of your period, and continue during your periods.
