Sage refreshing toner

Sage leaves provide a refreshing feel and they also impart glow that is desired from any facial toner. This toner can be made quickly and you can store it in your refrigerator for up to a week. How to make homemade facial toner with Sage leaves – DIY

  • 8 – 10 leaves Sage
  • 1 piece Camphor
  • 200 ml Cold water
  1. You will need fresh sage leaves and cold water to make this toner. Use a small piece of good quality camphor.
  2. Wash and clean the leaves. Tear up sage leaves and place in a mortar.
  3. Pour some water on the leaves.
  4. Crush them well with a pestle.
  5. Crush as much as possible to get a strong extract.
  6. Squeeze the crushed leaves paste with clean fingers to get the extract,
  7. Here is the extract.
  8. Crush a small piece of camphor into a powder.
  9. Add crushed camphor to the leaves extract and mix well till the camphor fully dissolves.
  10. Now pour 100 – 150 ml of cold water in the extract. Mix well.
  11. The toner is done!

Directions for use

  1. Dip a cotton ball in the toner.
  2. Dab the cotton ball on your face and neck.
  3. You can use this as a leave in toner before you go to bed.
