How to cure sinus using natural herbs – DIY

  • 1 small piece Dried ginger
  • 3-4 Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey
  1. To make this decoction use dry ginger, cumin seeds, black pepper, water and honey.
  2. Add cumin seeds to mortar.
  3. Add black pepper.
  4. Add a small piece of dried ginger.
  5. Crush all the ingredients.
  6. Add water to pan.
  7. Add crushed ingredients to water.
  8. Boil for few minutes.
  9. Strain the water.
  10. Add honey to it.
  11. Mix it well.
  12. Done.

Drink twice everyday in the morning and evening, until you find relief from sinus problem.
