How to flush out toxins using arugampul (bermuda grass) – Recipe
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper corns
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
- 1 handful Arugampul ((bermuda grass))
- To prepare the milk, you need fresh arugampul, black pepper corns, cumin seeds and milk.
- First, clean the grass and add it to a blender.
- Now add black pepper corns and cumin seeds along with the grass.
- Add little water and blend it.
- Now, collect the blended grass and add it to the milk.
- Mix well and consume.
Instructions to use:
Consume this milk once a day before breakfast. Regular consumption of this milk will flush out all toxins from your body.
