Moringa leaves kashayam

Moringa leaves are packed with anti-oxidants, contain lots of vitamins and minerals and are tasty too. These leaves have been used in Ayurveda and Siddha for a lot of ailments. This tutorial shows how to use moringa leaves to cure common cold and flu.

How to make moringa leaves herbal extract to cure flu

  1. Moringa laves (Also known as Drumstick) are tasty leaves that are used in various dishes. These leaves have properties that can cure common cold and flu.
  2. Wash the leaves of moringa well.
  3. In a mortar, take peeled cloves of garlic.
  4. Add black pepper corns to the garlic.
  5. Crush well with a pestle. Keep the crushed cloves aside for 5 minutes.
  6. In a vessel, pour water and bring to boil.
  7. Add the moringa leaves.
  8. Then add crushed spices.
  9. Add a teaspoon of salt.
  10. Allow all the ingredients to boil for 8 – 10 minutes. Switch off and allow it to cool down a bit.
  11. Strain well to get the extract.
  12. The herbal extract is done.

Drink this extract twice a day for good results.
