Licorice root to delay menopause

How to delay menopause with licorice – DIY

  • 2 Licorice root (Adhimathuram in Tamil)
  • 100 ml Pure boiled cow’s milk
  1. To make the drink, use licorice root and pure boiled cow’s milk.
  2. Add licorice roots to blender.
  3. Blend well into a fine powder. You can sieve if you would like to get a more fine powder.
  4. Add one teaspoon of licorice powder to pure boiled cow’s milk.
  5. Mix the powder in milk.
  6. Drink is done.
