How to make Fennel seeds tea – DIY

  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 250 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Palm sugar
  1. Unsweetened fennel seeds, palm sugar and water are required to make this tea.
  2. Take 1 tablespoon fennel seeds in a teapot infuser.
  3. Pour boiling hot water over the seeds till they are fully soaked.
  4. Add one teaspoon palm sugar to the seeds.
  5. Close with a lid and allow to steep for around 10 minutes,
  6. After the said time, remove the infuser.
  7. Pour the tea into a cup.
  8. Enjoy when warm.

If you do not have a teapot, you can follow the below steps to make tea:

  1. Boil water in a vessel.
  2. Add palm sugar and fennel seeds to boiling water.
  3. Allow to boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Switch off.
  5. Strain and drink.
