Lemon extract generates calcium carbonate which neutralizes digestive acids. The combination of ginger, peppermint and lemon juice when combined with saliva works well against acidity.

Herbal juice to cure reflux syndrome

  • Ginger
  • 6 or 7 peppermint leaves
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Salt ((as required))
  • 200ml Water
  1. Use ginger, lemon, peppermint leaves, salt and water to make the juice.
  2. Peel and chop ginger.
  3. Add chopped ginger to mortar.
  4. Add little water before crushing.
  5. Crush the ginger pieces.
  6. Squeeze and extract ginger juice.
  7. Add few peppermint leaves to mortar.
  8. Add little water to mortar.
  9. Crush peppermint leaves.
  10. Squeeze and extract peppermint juice.
  11. Squeeze and extract lemon juice.
  12. Add one teaspoon ginger juice to a glass.
  13. Add one teaspoon peppermint juice.
  14. Add one teaspoon lemon juice.
  15. Add little salt.
  16. Add water to dilute.
  17. Mix all the ingredients.
  18. Herbal juice is ready to drink.

Drink once in a day after your meal to cure acid reflux.
