Fenugreek oil for premature graying

Here is the easy remedy to treat graying hair naturally. The mixture of fenugreek and coconut oil treats graying hair very effectively. Take 2 teaspoons of fenugreek seeds, grind and make powder. Add with coconut oil and heat in low flame for few minutes. Allow it to cool down, apply this oil on hair and scalp, leave for some time and wash off. How to prevent greying hair with fenugreek – DIY

  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Coconut oil
  1. To make this hair oil use fenugreek seeds and coconut oil.
  2. Add one teaspoon of fenugreek seeds to pan.
  3. Fry it in low flame for a minute.
  4. Add the fried seeds to blender.
  5. Blend well and make powder.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of coconut oil to pan.
  7. Add fenugreeek powder to oil.
  8. Heat in low flame for 2 to 3 minutes and switch off.
  9. Allow to cool and strain the oil.
  10. Done.


  1. Apply this oil on scalp and hair thoroughly.
  2. Leave this for 30 minutes.
  3. Wash off with mild shampoo.
  4. Repeat the same thrice in a week to get better results.

    can i substitute coconut oil with castor oil or almond oil or olive oil

    Castor oil will work. I wouldn’t suggest olive oil or almond oil for this particular remedy.
