How to strengthen heart muscle with herbal drink – DIY

  • 2 Fresh Red hibiscus flowers (Also known as Shoe flower)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Palm sugar
  • 100 ml Water
  • 50 ml Boiled milk
  1. To make the drink use red hibiscus flowers, palm sugar, boiled cow’s milk and water.
  2. Separate the petals from the flowers.
  3. Pour 100 ml water in a pan.
  4. Add hibiscus petals to the water.
  5. Add 1/2 a teaspoon of palm sugar.
  6. Boil for two minutes.
  7. Allow the drink cool down and then strain the water.
  8. Add 50 ml of boiled milk to it.
  9. Mix well.
  10. The hibiscus drink is done.

Take this drink once daily to strengthen heart muscles.
