Treat headache naturally

How to treat headache naturally – DIY

  • 1 Small piece Dry ginger
  • Half Nutmeg
  • 3-4 Black pepper corns
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 2 teaspoons Milk
  1. To make the herbal paste use dry ginger, nutmeg, black pepper corns, turmeric and milk.
  2. Take a small piece of dry ginger and half nutmeg.
  3. Add dry ginger and nutmeg to blender.
  4. Add 3 to 4 black pepper corns to blender.
  5. Add half a teaspoon of turmeric powder.
  6. Blend the ingredients well and make fine powder.
  7. Transfer the powder to a bowl.
  8. Add one or two teaspoons of milk to it.
  9. Mix well and make thick paste.
  10. Paste is done.

Directions for use:

  1. Apply this paste on forehead thoroughly.
  2. Lie down for 20 minutes.
  3. Wash off with warm water.
