- 10 – 15 Tulsi (Holy Basil)
- 2 Cardamom
- Small piece Dried ginger
- 300 ml Water
- 50 ml Boiled milk
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- To make this herbal drink use Tulsi (Holy Basil) leaves, cardamom, dried ginger, milk and water.
- Add 10 to 15 tulsi leaves to mortar.
- Add 2 cardamom.
- Add a small piece of dried ginger to mortar.
- Crush well.
- Add 300 ml water to pan.
- Add the crushed ingredients to water.
- Allow to boil for few minutes, until the water becomes 200 ml.
- Strain the drink.
- Add 50 ml boiled milk.
- Add one teaspoon of honey.
- Mix it well.
- Tulsi herbal drink is done.
Both adult and children can consume this drink daily to improve the brain function.
