  • 20 Thazhuthaazhai leaves ((Punarnava))
  • 2 teaspoon Grated coconut
  • 2 teaspoon Moong dal
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  1. To improve eyesight, you need thazhuthaazhai leaves, moong dal, grated coconut and required amount salt.
  2. Soak moong dal for half an hour in water.
  3. Clean and chop thazhuthaazhai leaves.
  4. Add water to a pan.
  5. Add chopped leaves to it.
  6. Add soaked moong dal also to it.
  7. Boil and cook it.
  8. Once water dries, switch off the flame.
  9. Add grated coconut.
  10. Add salt.
  11. Mix well and consume.
