How to improve intestinal health using cloves – DIY Recipe
- 4 – 5 Cloves
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- To improve the health of intestine and stomach, you need cloves and honey.
- Add 4 or 5 cloves to a clean and dry mortar.
- Crush it well.
- Add the crushed powder to honey.
- Mix well and consume.
This mix can be consumed by adults thrice in a week to improve intestinal health.
