Barley porridge to improve urination

Urinary problems are common both in men and women. To avoid problems and infections, one can improve urination with some herbal remedies. Many natural alternative remedies are available to improve urination. One of the easy ways to improve urination is barley kanji.

Take one cup of barley rice. Soak in water overnight or for minimum 4 hours. Boil the soaked barley in water, until barley becomes very soft and mushy. Add salt and consume. Regular consumption of this barley kanji improves urination.

Barley kanji has powerful diuretic properties in it. Thus helps increase urination, soothes irritation and prevents infection.

How to improve urination with barley – DIY

  • 1 cup Barley rice
  • 500 ml Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  1. To make the porridge use barley rice, salt and water.
  2. Take water in a bowl.
  3. Add one cup of washed barley rice.
  4. Soak for a minimum of four hours or overnight.
  5. Add 250 ml water to pan.
  6. Add soaked barley rice into it.
  7. Add one teaspoon of salt.
  8. Boil until the barley becomes very soft and mushy.
  9. Allow it to cool down and transfer to a bowl.
  10. Barley porridge is done.

Consume this porridge once daily in the morning (you can also consume it for breakfast) to improve urination.

    I agree.During the intense heat of summer,I was consuming less water being outside most of the time.At times this was causing burning sensation while passing urine.But with the regular intake of barley water,the problem is not there.
