How to treat GERD with licorice

GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease), is a disease that affects the digestive system. It affects the muscles between the lower esophagus and the stomach. Licorice to treat Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) – DIY

  • 1 teaspoon Licorice powder
  • 200 ml Milk
  1. To treat GERD, you need licorice (to be powdered) and milk.
  2. First, to make licorice powder, add licorice roots to blender.
  3. Blend it well.
  4. Powdered licorice can be stored in an airtight container for future consumption.
  5. Add one teaspoon of licorice powder to milk.
  6. Mix well and drink.

Instructions:

Drink this milk twice a day to treat GERD.

Since licorice tastes sweet, the milk will be delicious.
