Lose weight with clove, cinnamon and cumin herbal drink – DIY

  • 2 Cloves
  • 3 Cinnamon pieces ((Small broken pieces))
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 200 ml Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Honey ((if required))
  1. Use Clove, cinnamon, cumin seeds, water and honey (if needed).
  2. Chop cinnamon into small pieces.
  3. Place one glass of water in a pan.
  4. Add 2 cloves.
  5. Add 3 small cinnamon pieces.
  6. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  7. Boil it for 3 to 4 minutes.
  8. Strain the drink.
  9. Add 1/2 teaspoon honey.
  10. Mix well.
  11. Herbal drink is done.

Drink everyday morning on an empty stomach.

    Hello Anusha, You can drink this daily – for at least 3 months and you will start seeing results. In addition, do the following: 1. Drink lots of water everyday, 2. Eat healthy, 3. No junk food and 4. cut down sugar. You will see much better results when the overall system is healthy.
