How to lose weight with onion – DIY

  • 2 medium size Onions
  • 2 teaspoons Honey
  • Water ((as required))
  1. To make the juice, use 2 medium sized onions, honey and water.
  2. Chop onion into small pieces.
  3. Add the chopped onion to blender.
  4. Add some water and blend well.
  5. Strain the extract to get juice.
  6. Add 2 teaspoons of honey.
  7. Mix all ingredients well.
  8. Onion juice is now done.

Drink regularly in the morning on an empty stomach to get better results.
