Lotus juice to cure headache – Home remedy

  • 6-8 Petals Sacred lotus flower
  • 200 ml Filtered water
  1. Take a fresh lotus flower (Pink lotus or Sacred lotus). In India, it is easily available outside temples. Use drinking water to grind the petals.
  2. In a blender, take the petals. You can tear the petals into smaller pieces and then place in a blender.
  3. Pour water.
  4. Blend on high for about 1 minute.
  5. Strain well.
  6. And the lotus juice is ready. It is pretty bland with a mildly bitter taste. But works well to cure diarrhea.


Drink 100 ml of the juice twice a day.
